We are delighted to announce that the Bradby Club has once again received generous support from the Alan Edward Higgs Charity, securing £11,911 towards the total cost of delivering our Young Carers Support Groups.
This marks the second consecutive year that the Alan Edward Higgs Charity has backed this vital project, recognising the significant difference it makes to the lives of young carers in our community. Their continued support ensures that young people who shoulder caring responsibilities can access a safe, understanding space where they are supported, listened to, and given the opportunity to simply be young.
This funding allows us to provide a lifeline of practical, emotional, and social support—a service that is not just beneficial, but vitally important for young carers who really need it. From weekly group sessions to wellbeing activities, we are able to offer consistent help that strengthens resilience and promotes positive mental health.
A huge thank you goes to all the trustees at the Alan Edward Higgs Charity for their belief in our work and their commitment to making a lasting impact on young carers across Rugby.
Together, we are helping young carers feel valued, supported, and never alone.
