Community Gym and Fitness

Bradby Club’s facilities include a community gym which enables local people to access affordable exercise and training opportunities. The gym benefits from a good range of equipment to suit a wide scope of fitness needs and goals including;

  • Boxing and martial arts equipment
  • Circuit training equipment
  • Free weights and smith machine
  • A range of resistance training machines
  • Spin bikes

The cost of using the gym facilities depends on your circumstances. We ask that if you can; please make a donation and if you can’t then give us your time and support us to keep this community gym tidy and maintained.

There are a number of opportunities to get involved with both in groups and one to one including boxing sessions and circuit training. The staff and volunteers include trained boxing coaches, martial artists, weight training instructors and various sports co
